I don't think there is much a vet can do. Latte is close to 2yrs now, I'm just making sure she has quality of life. She isn't in pain, everything is normal about her life, except this tumor

She's beautiful!
Sorry to hear she has a tumor, but she is quite old now. At least she isn't in pain.
You could to take her to the vet, depending on how she copes with stress and how tame she is. Otherwise, just let her live life comfortably making a few adjustments if she needs them.

So sorry Izzy has a tumour, she looks content in her cage and doesn't look in pain. CB, all you can do is ensure she's comfortable. And that's what you're doing. Big hugs xc
