I'm not a hamster dietician but that's what i feed to my robos.

One spoon of harry hamster every day. 3 pieces of corn daily except Sundays. A tiny piece of millet every day except Mondays. A nail-sized piece of cheese every 10-12 days. A tiny piece of apple every 16-18 days. A cheese biscuit every 6 weeks. A piece of either chocolate or milk drop every 8 weeks. Some oats (teaspoonful) every 3 days. Occasional lin seeds during playtime. A mealworm every 2 days and no more than 3 times a week. And occasionally i will give them something different like a banana, natural yoghurt etc. And the have nut stick chews in their cages.
