Default Worried: Robo's and wheels

So as some of you may know I got 3 male robo's a little over a month ago, who now live individually and are doing great, they will all hop into my hand now. When I first put them in their own homes they were scared and running around frantically. They would hop on their 6.5" silent spinners and run so fast that when they stopped they their little bodies would go all the way around the wheel once and sometimes twice, or worse yet they would be flung out of it. Well, I have noticed them doing that again only they get really close to the inside of the wheel and just hang on for dear life. It's funny but is it safe? And if they are still getting flung out at all, as longing as they don't hit anything is that ok? I really wonder if they are doing it on purpose because I have seen them stop the wheel so its not like they don't know how.

Well I am hoping it is ok, I guess no one thinks it a problem. It is stressful for me to watch but like I said I swear they are doing it on purpose now.

It's fine Lots of the little ones do it, I'm convinced they'll do it just to scare us humans half to death too.

Only thing I would say is make sure that there's nothing hard close enough to the wheel that they could hurt themselves on if they get flung out and smack into it.

We had one who used to do the same too, we made sure there was nothing close to the wheel to bump into and she was fine

My robo Kousagi would do this all the time too, only she would ride the wheel up and down like some sort of amusement park ride until it came to a complete stop. Then she would either start running again, or get off.

However, she has since remedied this particular behavior by getting old and not running on her wheel as fast anymore.

That is exactly what 2 of mine do. They have learned that if they stick to the inside part right by the spindle they won't fly out and the ride lasts longer. LOL. Thanks for the replies I didn't want them getting hurt, the way I have the wheels placed they won't hit anything.
