Default Getting one or two

I know I want Robos, I would greatly love a pair, but the separation always looms. I already worry about going away for afew days holiday, what if they fight, and I get home to one or both injured or worse?
My housemates would give them food and water, but are not animal people.
I want to make sure I do the right things, have the right toys so there won't be anything to squabble over.
I know it could be years till they argue, and I think If they are from the same litter and always been together itl be cruel to split them before the fighting.

This might seem stupid but is there any way to set up a camera so I could watch them when away? Stream it live to a website or something, either a night camera or using red lights that won't hastle them? I would hate for my
Babys to be hurt because I'm not there.

If i got a single it would be a p@h adoption or hamster area, but if there's even numbers it would make it bad for the rest, so maybe only rehoming, I'm hoping if I get two they would be breeder hams, I've only had pet shop baby's and what with Robos handling I think they would have a better chance to stay together from a breeder.

I would still use my bin cage for only one, or for two.
Please can you help me make the right decision.

Hey Yaz,

Have you considered a pet sitter, or a local cattery? Most catteries I've used take on small animals such as rabbits and rodents so that might help.
Where are you going away too? A caravan holiday? I'm taking my boys to the caravan site with me All sites permit dogs so why not hamsters? lol. If its a hotel, then you may have to ask permission

I don't know much about recording and streaming videos, but there are webcams for that purpose on the market, not all cheap though! Would regular texts to your housemates ease your worries?

And breeder is normally best, robos can take 4 months to fully tame so it may be easier. I tried finding a breeder down south where I am and no luck, they are not as widely available as syrians and russians so I got mine from P@H adoption. And you should have a cage spare so you don't get cut short when they do fall out

Best thing about robos, they rarely bite and if they do it doesnt hurt much lol

Not the most detailed advice in the world, just wanted to help xx
