I've just switched this morning from feeding my Campbells Dwarf the Pets @ Home hamster muesli to Beaphar Xtra Vistal Dwarf Hamster food. Am hoping it's going to be a better mix as it's specifically for Dwarf Hamsters where as the Pets @ Home contained too many fruit and sweet elements I felt.
The only thing that worries me about my new mix is that it states 'contains meat and animal derivatives'. Is this something to be worried about?? Am I feeding my little pet horse, dog, cat and who knows what else meat instead of the turkey it states on the front of the pack??
