Default My hamster pee and poo inside its house

My campbell's dwarf hamster has almost 3 months now and since I bought it stores its food, makes its paper nest and also pee and poo, all inside its plastic house.
I heard that it's dangerous for its health to let all the pee and poo inside its nest, but also I heard that it's stressful for the hamster if I "shatter" its nest, and it's the only way in which I can clean it.
Is there any way to make the hamster pee and poo in a corner of the cage?
Its behaviour is the same since the first day.
Thanks in advance!

Does the plastic house happen to be in a corner of his/her cage? If so, maybe try moving the house.

Indeed, it's in the corner of the cage, and the cage is small. To solve this (and since it's cage was broken on one part of the floor) I created a second floor with an old broken fan behind it and connected both with a tube.
I'm going to try by changing the house to the other "cage", which is bigger, and put it the middle, and see if things change or not.
I'll update this post with my results. Thank you!
