Okay, so I'm just looking for some answers to some random questions and stuff that I have about my campbells dwarves
First, I have a litter of babies that are 4 weeks old, one of them has swelling around her eye, there is no wound or anything.. I'm using antibiotic eyedrops right now but they do not seem to be helping very much, any suggestions? Also... I have a female hamster, she is about 7 months old and her cagemate died about 2 months ago.. I have been having issues getting her to accept another friend. I was going to use her for breeding so I was wondering, would she be more likely to accept a male or a female? I'm thinking of putting one of my babies I have right now in with her in the next week. Any suggestions? They are totally unrelated to eachother. Also, my male has somewhat greasy fur. He is on the exact same diet as everybody else but his fur reminds me of when my other hamster's diet had too much fat.. I've removed corn from their food but there was nto much at all to begin with.. maybe 7 or 8 kernals per cup of food.. not many sunflower seed either. Could there be an underlying cause to the greasy fur? a dust bath did not solve it either.. any help would be greatly appreciated
thanks.
