Default plastikote

Omg My little Theodore obviously has a strong opinion of what he want's and needs. To demonstrate he will carry food (preferably nuts or big pellets) into his wheel and run, so it makes a lot of noise, he sleeps out in the open as his hideouts ain't good enough.

But as a good mum I of course listened and got him some new stuff (waiting for the things to come home).

He got the big Savic plaza cage (Serendipity >> you could have warned me not to show him this cage)
He got new shelves and hideout's, a new wheel, water bottle and so on.

However I want to plastikote it before he get's it. But which one to use?
Does the spray one work for this?

lol! he's certainly made himself at home hasn't he! I always wonder how come they don't get a headache with all those things in the wheel
He's gorgeous, lovely to see him again Chiela

Don't use the spray plastikote, you want the water based enamel paint which comes in a jar, the water based ones have a plastic lid unlike the other unsafe ones with a metal lid so fairly easy to tell which is which & it does say on the label.

I've used both spray on enamel and brush on enamel and although the spray on is easier, it didn't give as good a coat as the brush on so, although it's a lot more fiddly, brush on is definitely better
