I have found that one of my favorite parts of being a new hamster owner is the DIY projects that come with it... even simple little hacks that's make things easier. So for my first post on this thread, I'll show my Powerade bottle holder. Not complicated at all, but it provides Sophie with the option for water breaks during floor time

I'll probably use this thread to ask my own DIY questions when they come up.

So here's the bottle holder:

I just saw this thread! That's very clever - what did you make the bottle holder from? It looks like it sits a bit low maybe for a ham to drink out of, that's the only thing.

Thanks! It's a sport drink bottle. And good point, I could always elevate it with books or something if I notice she starts having trouble with it.
