Is this safe?
Hi everyone!
I just made this DIY toy for Tori (Syrian) and was wondering if it is safe:

It is made out of cardboard and twine. I would hang it from the mesh part of her bin cage. I tested it, and it could easily hold her weight. Could she get a foot stuck somehow or use it to escape?
Thanks!

Re: Is this safe?
I would keep an eye on the twine. The fibres could be dangerous if she shreds it.

Re: Is this safe?
Yeah, she would probably manage to tear it down within one night, shred the cardboard and completely forget about the twine. She has had it before in her cage and she doesn't touch it!

Re: Is this safe?
I made a similar toy for my little hammy Indie - it was vandalised within few minutes. She went to each string and chewed them and sat by the door asking ' what next' xx
