Thumbs up jam filled hamster dohnut roll recipe

1 Table spoon of whole flouer ( origanilly by erinsanimals)
1 Tea spoon of water
1 Tea spoon of yeast
1 Tea spoon of eggwhite
you can use fruit such as cherrys, rasberrys, or straw berry
set oven for 300 degrees Ferinhite
mix all ingrediants, exept the fruit until it forms a dough ball
let it sit with alluminum covering it from 15-30 min
roll out dough and cut out circles
Take the fruit and mash it up until its like jam
take the jam and place it on the little dough circles IN SMALL PREPORTIONS
then take another dough circle and cover the jam covered dough circle and pinch them together
put them in the oven for about 10 min
Let them cool before you them to your hamster
