Default Hanging swinging ladder

I didn't think people would be interested in this so I didn't post it previously but as 2 people have asked about it on another thread here it is
I used square wood not round like a traditional ladder as I thought it would be safer
It was hubby's original idea for Ebony to have one but I made it lol
They're not brilliant pics as it's in the cage lol

Thank you
Zeph would love something like that, not sure she has any room left in her cage but I'll give it a go

That's a really good idea. I need to start utilizing the upper parts of the cages like that.

I can't really answer that, it would depend on the size of your hammie really. This one is close enough that Ebony just walks over it at a normal pace, no looking or stretching to find rungs

I know the feeling My hubby wanted to make this but he wanted it to stretch across the front of the cage to bridge the shelves on either side which would of meant losing her hammock Ebony & I both love her hammock so I got in quick and made a smaller version of what hubby wanted

You could rebuild yours maybe remove the hanging items and use them as stand alone pieces in the cage then maybe cut a piece of ply or even some thick cardboard would work and using pva glue stick it to the underneath of the ladder that would fill in the gaps and turn it into a bridge
