PVA glue is commonly used for projects like this and seems to be harmless. I might try this assuming they still sell those in Ikea?

I have no idea what exactly I'm gonna do with them but for now they are for her wheels (not sure which she uses most or if she uses both. Only just put the normal wheel in there for her in addition to her spinner)

I have so much stuff for a "spring theme" so roll on March 😂 I'll leave it like this for no w because she's getting pissy how often I'm having to change it LOL she'll get used to constant rearranging just like my children and all my other hamsters had to 😁 So long as she can burrow she's happy.
