Default suggestions for making your own woodroll stuffing?

Hi
I have bought a few of these from Pets At Home for Hockey and we have a number of hollow logs now. Was wondering if I could create my own concoction to stuff it with? Anyone done this?

I've never had one of these logs but I think I know what you mean.
Hamsters like peanut butter so maybe some of that could stick it all together and add nuts and seeds and things and mix it all up then put it in the log. Obviously just as a treat once In a while

Maybe you could fill it with meadow hay, spread a littlebit of PB around the edges and put some treats in willynilly like-mealworms,p@h fruity biscuit mix, yoghurt drops and some of its food (only all of this if your hamster is a syrian, since dwarfies can get diabetes!) Also what wood are you using???
