Question connecting a bin cage and a imac fantasy

hey guys i have a imac fantasy with extension kit for my syrian hamster but i feel like its too small for her and my parents wont let me buy a new cage so a am going to connect a bin cage to a imac cage , i know you need the connector plates (i think thats what they are called) but i have no idea where to get them from.

also can you use critter trail tubes on the connector plates or does it have to be the ferplast tubes?

any help would be appreciated thanks x

I found this, which is a fop adaptor used to connect it to a wire cage

But if you and cutting the bars like it this one, they you can use any tube adaptor.
