Glue Help

i was planning on making some Popsicle stick toys for cookie monster but i have no idea which glue to use, i know the glue needs to be non toxic but im still unsure which glue to get .

ive been looking on hobby craft and they have so many diffrent glues

can anyone help please?

I was told Elmer's Wood Glue works very well you want it to be water soluble and non-toxic.

PVA or glue gun are the main ones.

thank you both , i think ill try PVA. i'm hopeless with a glue gun i always end up with more glue on me than on the actual thing i'm supposed to be gluing .
