Default robo bin cage progress

Heya!!
will be posting my progress pics here!
lid is coming along well but i ran out of duct tape!
hope you like it!
original box

The door

will add locks to the bottom corners.
The lid

the lid on the box

I will take the other zip ties other then the crossed ones off as I duct tape it carefully, I am also taping the edges on the door, so no scratches, I will be working on the edge of the lid later.

Looks nice and big! Robos are so active, they will appreciate all the extra space to run around.

Looking guurd cuts from mesh are evil!
And it looks nice and deep too, which is what you would want if your planning to have a lot of shavings xx

I must add though, if you are not planning on hanging stuff from the "roof" or having lots of tall shelves and toys, there's no need to mesh the top at all. That bin is really tall and robos are terrible climbers... if they can even reach anywhere near the top!

$hAzZa: I was just going to cable tie it but after catching my fingers afew times, i thought sealing it would be best XD
Hamtastic: I wont be hanging anything really, Toys will be more things like tubes, coconut dens, possibly small ladder toys or swings at a later date, Im just over worried as I know they can jump! If the lid isnt needed i can take it off, but I will finnish it and keep it for now good to know they cant really climb tho Im hoping to put a good 4-5 inches of bedding, and a sandpit end

You making the coconut dens yourself? They are pretty hard to do but it looks awesome when finished

They'll be more like gerbils than robos lol xx
