Re: pinkneon's photography!
Lovely pics as always Pinkneon, I always feel so relaxed looking at pics of the sea. Looks like you've been having beautiful weather as well

Sorry!
Just two photos today. This first one was taken last week. I was waiting for them to sort out my prescription. Only took them two days LOL so went to the beach whilst I was waiting in the evening ...
That one isnt brilliant, as the stupid lights were on on the pier! It looks awesome once it's dark and all the lights are on, but when it's not dark it's looks a bit silly! However, I liked the sky lol
And then on Monday I had an appointment in another town, and I was waiting for someone who was coming with me. I had Dolly Parton playing on my phone - I LOVE Dolly! Anyway, this little guy stopped to listen, and at one point it looked like he was dancing! He also seemed to like to listen to me talking to him! I'm not sure if he was hurt or sick as he was there quite a while, but I like to think he enjoyed my company and music!

Re: pinkneon's photography!
I like the first photo. I don't agree with you when you say that the lights messed it up, I think that it's a good combo with the lights and the sky that is not dark but it isn't daylight either. I think it's a lovely pic.
However....birds... I'm not a fan of birds specially seagully dovey kind of birds. But your story was very interesting

I think he's a pidgeon! I am hoping to get a photo of the pier all lit up at night - whenever it decides to stop raining!

Re: pinkneon's photography!
I agree with Hamsterita that the first picture is really nice, I like the contrast between the lights and the dusky sky

Re: pinkneon's photography!
Hey y'all!
It's definitely starting to feel more like Summer than Spring! And I can not believe it is almost Easter! Got quite a few pics for you guys today, so please bear with me!
So, last week I had to go somewhere, so took a photo of the fountain along the way - sorry Lizzy there are seagulls in this one - I did ask them to move, but they refused!
We also have some "grape hyacinths" in the back garden!
And then yesterday we went to see Beauty and The Beast at the cinema - I really recommend it! Afterwards I went for a walk along the Marina, and then down to the seafront. I was hoping to catch the sunset but there was too much cloud so didn't get any sunset which was quite sad!
Marina :
I thought the clouds looked quite cool in this one :
Seafront :
(I have no idea what this is, and didn't read the info next to it!)
This structure is the old West Pier. It got burnt down, and this is all that is left of it. The council asked for permission to have it removed from the sea (how I have no idea!) but permission was denied due to the fact it's a well known landmark in the city!
