Re: pinkneon's photography!
Nice to see you back Pink..!
I know Brighton well, love the lanes..! I am from up the coast in Southampton
Nice to see you out with the camera too..!
My condolences for your Mum.
Pip says Hi too she tried waving a paw but had them wrapped round a piece of custard cream biscuit her latest fave treat...! She actually licks the custard off first before either eating or pouching the rest...!

Re: pinkneon's photography!
Beautiful photos as always Pink ! The pier is my favourite photo and I love that pier because I have happy memories there with my Mum two summers ago.
Sorry to hear about your mum . It must be so hard to deal with.

Stunning pics Pink! So nice to see you back. I too love daffodils and wish they'd last longer!
You can get bulbs already in a pot which last longer.
I know you've been through a tough time, remember we're here for you.
So you've had your first taste of a Snickers bar? I prefer mars bar.

These daffodils were in a pot! I think maybe I over watered them or something as they literally lasted a few days! Yes, can not believe I have only just discovered Snickers! Like how is that seriously possible?! I don't like Mars bars though!
(Pics - 1 is the day I got the daffodils. 2 is the next day. 3 is day 5 and they'd pretty much all died By the day after the leaves were yellow and the daffodils had all dried out Not sure if I did something wrong!)

Re: pinkneon's photography!
You sound like me when it comes to plants, I either over water or under water them.
So what made you try a Snickers?

My best friend often sends me random packages (she lives too far away for us to see each other often) and she'd put in a Snickers bar

Re: pinkneon's photography!
That's really nice of your best friend doing that, was it bit like a food parcel?

Kinda ... She just sends random things she thinks I'll like, and often includes some snacks or chocolate!
Some more photos for you guys! Yesterday was a gorgeous day - I went out in my SUMMER clothes, sandals and sunglasses!!!! Tyically today is cold and wet!
So I didn't have any real plan of where I was going to go, so just went for a walk. Along the way I saw some daffodils! Yay!
I thought I'd include this one because it is funny - I found a whole store selling rubber duckies!!!!
Ended up going to the pier! Some seagull photos for you - sorry Lizzy!
And of course, you can't go to the pier without taking photos of the sea!
And just some random things I saw on the pier!
Thankfully these cows aren't real, otherwise I'd have totally freaked out!!
This guy is creepy ...
You know it is Spring when they put out the deckchairs along the pier!!
Many of the things along the pier were closed as it's only just coming out of the Winter season. Some won't open until the tourist season starts (usually late May to early June)
And finally, one of the pubs along the seafront has these colored windows ... My city is very proud of it's LGBTQ+ community, and in a lot of places (especially along the seafront and the area I live in) there are lots of little things around to show this. A lot of people in the UK automatically associate my city with it's LGBTQ+ community when they hear the name of the city, but this is something we are very proud of!
