Wouldn't that be nice if we could capture scent too but I think a good photo evokes other senses too
Really like the clematis, nice depth of field there.

The pics of the rose and the clematis are stunning, I love how you can see the pink hue on the tips of the rose petals

Those are great photos of the squirrel! They are so hard to photograph. The flowers look gorgeous. Did you use a macro lens?

Hi Serendipity,
Thank you! Yes the squirrel and the flowers where shot with my 150mm f2.8 Macro telephoto lens, it is a brilliant but very heavy lens to use but the results are very very good.

Hi TL,

Red squirrels are only in a certain few areas of the UK, primarily as Greys carry a virus that tends to be lethal to native Reds..

I had heard something about there being less red squirrels, those naughty grey squirrels lol!
The blue Iris's do look a bluey purple, that cana lily is stunning.
