Lets see your tattoos!!!

Hehe...I just remembered this type of thread from a forum I used to be on, and it was always a fav of mine (I'm a bit addicted to tattoos ). I know some of the members here might be a bit young, but I know others have some (hehe I believe I saw LRP mention getting a new one for her birthday).

So I figured I'd start with mine...I have 7, and have plans for another one as soon as I have the money

My very first tattoo, my dragon:


and this is my whole back, as you can see I also have an angel on my upper back:


And a closer picture of my angel, this was right after I got it so it's not the best photo but I've been lazy getting a new one (its only bee YEARS)


The fairy on my hip (I have the exact same thing on my other hip as well lol)



My ankle tattoo, my Griffon (are you starting to see a theme here?


And I just had to share this picture too, it's one of my faves of this tattoo...and well just a fav in general, its from my vacation in Belize awhile back (I took it to tease all my friends since it was right before Christmas lol)


My wrist tattoo, again it's from right after I got it but it's such a light color it's hard to see now in photos:


And last but not least my newest tattoo, it's a camera, and one of my favorites probably since I was a photography major when I was in school

Wow! You are a whole body of art! (pun intended ) I like the drawings on your back. I myself have considered tattoos more than once, but never seriously, because I couldn't imagine being stuck with what I chose for more than a month and then having it on one particular spot forever...

the angel is really cool of course I'm no where near old enogh to have a tattoo
but my sister is thinking of doing custom tatto's for here career

Wow!! I love your tattoos. Here are mine:

My first I got when I was 20. The symbol means dad in Chinese, I got it after he had surgery to remove a brain tumor


My second:


My third. I got this in about April. It's supposed to be an ambigram of the word 'Fate' but no-one thinks it looks like that... Hopefully going to get it sorted cause I don't like it not showing what I want it to (one reason to persuade people to not get tattoos is that ultimately you have no control over the tattoo and then you're stuck with it...)

I'll get pics of my tattoos at some point. My wrist one was really painful but that's because I have TINY wrists. -.- It's currently very sore and red. I've got one on my stomach as well. Shall take a pic of that later probably. lol.

I get my back piece next year. Yay. LOTS of colour. I've never had colour before. So I'm looking forward to it.

I've never liked tattoo's, unless they have a very significant meaning, i really don't see the point... the only tattoo i've ever seen that i've liked is a butterfly that a girl got when her mum died, since at the funeral there was a butterfly in the ceremony..
A lot of people get hindi writing and chinese ones too, they look nice but i never understand why xD

I know what you mean gizmodo I like them if they really mean something to someone
Like my grandad was a captian in the navy and when he was younger he got a tattoo and he liked it for a few years then he had it removed >.< (he was very young and a wee bit daft )
