Re: Zeki's Thread - new man in my life
Zeki is so lovely. Great to see him with a silent runner.
Arun (syrian) loves his. He is heavy footed too, but the wheel itself is truely silent.

Re: Zeki's Thread - new man in my life
Thanks all
The little fence is working well, it goes right down to the base of the cage so he hasn't tried burrowing under it... yet!
It's just a shame the wheel has to be so low down as it makes interaction a bit difficult , not that much of a problem but I do find myself wanting to put him in a bigger cage just so I could have his wheel level with the substrate.
He's happy with things as they are though so we make do.

Re: Zeki's Thread - new man in my life
Zeki is going to get a bit of a shock when he wakes up, his cage has been invaded by cute giraffes
I finally managed to squeeze his new hammock in, it would be a lot easier at the back of the cage but I think putting something new (& that big for a little man!) in his domain & moving his house all at once would be a bit much so I might change it later once he's got used to it.
Hope he likes it!

That looks a really cheerful design. Must get on with hanging Mocho's new one but I got it in cartoon stamps. Like the white mouse snooze cube, I hope Mocho is trying out his new one.

They're adorable aren't they? Chineseys seem to love them. You can buy them from Fuzzbutt Cage Comforts: "Homer" mini cage furniture for your hamster, mouse, gerbil, glider
I hope Zeki likes his hammock Cypher, I'm very jealous of his set up.

That's a beautiful giraffe hammock.
So has Zeki ventured into it yet?
