Jessie was running on her wheel last night when I walked into the hamster room and stopped running and stared at me for daring to interrupt her...
Then she came up to the bars of the cage and wanted more seeds.

Poor Jessie has another skin split, her fourth in 12 months. They don't seem to bother her but it's sad to see them. I was hoping she'd grown out of them as she's not had one for several months but I think she'll always be prone to them.
She wasn't very happy with me last week as I dared to take all of her fluffy friends away for the whole day and she was all by herself. This was the look I got when I got home...

It's something that occurs in some Chinese but not a great deal is known about them and it could be down to collagen or something.
