Thank you so so much for all the links and suggestions (I'm very tempted to order it all haha). I'm not too bothered about having a natural or colourful theme, I generally just use a mixture like you. (arranging cages is what makes cleaning out fun).

I already have a couple of small silent spinners (which seem to work fine for me) so I'll use one of those. I think I'm going to order the bendy stick bridge, use either the plastic tunnel I already have or a toilet roll for the tunnel (I might bury a few of them!), order the carrot cottage, climbing thing and the dangly kebabs. It's so annoying because my hamster stuff has been split into two places and I can't find half of it. (I have the one with the playpen and this massive rosewood obstacle climbing thing but can't find another one with my other silent spinners and a couple of houses).

That cage with the split sand bath is incredible!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO NOT THE MINI DUNA!!!!

I had that cage for a bit just assuming it would be big enough - my chinese "dwarf" hamsters hated it so much that they chewed a hole in the side of it (I was 10, I had no idea what I was doing and that they shouldn't be kept together).

It's way too small for any hamster. I'd recommend a cage that is at least 80x50cm. The biggest samla bins they have at ikea will do

The mini duna is ideal for a travel cage for vet visits and such, though

Hi kittokitty I've decided I'm using a zoozone1 cage which I'm going to mesh (we already have it because we used it for my sisters guinea pigs while they were babies)
