Fernplast Olimpia - poor quality plastic

Plastic top section needs replacing after nine months! Not happy! Plastic parts falling off!!

Phone Ferplast customer service - they gave information of company who could send replacement parts - could not give cost information.

Not their problem!!! I admit we have not got the receipt as purchased by great grand parent as present - 9 months ago.

Has any one else had the same experience?

same happened to my 3 weeks ago so i got a tank and made it a her new home

Yeah i have a ferplast with tubes on it and they broke us well

am looking online for one but i cant seem too find one big eniff. all so am starting too like savic more.
