Question Anyone breeding Lglg?

Hi,

I´m new to this forum, or I haven´t posted yet but read a lot in here.
I have a question and what better place to ask this than here. Is there anyone still breeding the Light Grey gene (Syrians) and in that case who and where?
I´m a bit curious if the gene is still out there or if it disappeared.

Thanks for replies!

The light grey gene has disappeared from the gene pool as far as we know. It was a very fragile gene with various health issues associated.
Some people have said they have it however it seems that the the more robust silver grey has taken over.
I've never seen a true light grey on the show bench and neither have any of the long time breeders.

I see, do you know what health issues they had? Just curious. ☺️
