Question young hamsters

im going to be getting my male dwarf soon and he will be young, around 6 weeks. i was wondering if theres anything different to caring for a hamster this young than caring for an adult hamster? any advice will be well appreciated thanks!

at 6 weeks he is almost and adult and in one week it will be able to breed. There is no difference in caring for the hamster as far as i know. Good luck and hope to see pictures of your new hamster soon

You don't really need to do anything differently with a young ham, it's basically the same. A good diet with adequate protein is especially important though as they are still growing at that age.
