Oh gosh. The level of cuteness is overwhelming. You're doing brilliantly with all this.i doubt I would be this cool headed.

Re: 2 litters at the same time (help with info pls)
Update on the situation. I have successfully rehomed 3 pups. The last one i will personally deliver 45 min out of the city on Sunday. Fingers crossed that they will not change their mind.
Unfortunatelly i had to rehome 2 of them in smaller than bare minimum bin cages with the instructions that they will eventually need bigger bins. One of the new owners noticed that they need a bigger bin because they couldn't fit all the toys they bought. At least they were all decent people
You guys have no ideea how many people refused to get a wheel for the hamster saying that they did not necessary need it. I offered to give them the wheel i was using witch is the cheapest for about 5-6 euros and they refused. I actually have screenshots but you guys can't read romanian.....unfortunately for the new litter i will have to lower all of my standards even further.
The hamster community helped in rehoming but now they all have sufficient hamsters. With the rise of coronavirus i fear that it will be harder to donate the next litter.

Re: 2 litters at the same time (help with info pls)
That is an extremely difficult situation. Personally, i wouldn't rehome any hamster unless the new owners are willing to provide adequate accommodation and most certainly a wheel. Easy for me to say because i live in the UK and not in Romania. Saying that, a lot of hamsters live in too small cages with too small wheels, trapped in hamster balls for exercise over here.
It is so so frustrating and i can almost feel your own frustration. You are doing all you can for these little hamsters and i admire you for it.

Re: 2 litters at the same time (help with info pls)
They must only be about 5 weeks old now - is that right? So they would be a bit young for a wheel yet but will need one as they get a bit older- especially if the cage isn’t that big. Hope you manage to persuade them. Some pet rescues give out a sheet of info - maybe you could send them one - eg recommended bins/cafe sizes, tips on safe toys and recommended wheel and what age they’ll need it and recommended food etc.

Re: 2 litters at the same time (help with info pls)
Oh i am ahead. I have a pdf file ready and i give it to any new potential owner. To those that adopt i also give the printed version. Too ypung for a wheel? They been having those for a week now.
I just didn't give a hamster to those people and they were acting like they are doing me a favor taking one of them.... Its very hars in a country that only cats and dogs have rights.
New update. The secpnd litter started exploring around. I have a small video of one exploring during the day and then mum steps in and gets the pup fast and drags it to the nest. This has been going on for 2 days now. Pups roam arpund... Mum drags them back. I can't wait until thurdsday so i can count how many i have. I knownone will be taken good care of it. I have convinced my mother in law to help put and house one pup "temporarily" when they will be older.

Re: 2 litters at the same time (help with info pls)
so update. Because my country is going on lockdown tonight i had to check the number of pups. There are 2. Thank God.
I will be fine for long term foster care. I was very worried that they would be 8-10 pups.
I tried to be as careful as i could. I did somewhat disturb the nest because she made it under a shelf and when i removed the shelf it disturbed the nest. The pups are 13 days old. I will be doing the cleaning 2 days from now. I'm just so happy that there are only 2 pups, you have no idea how worried i was. That also means that i can be picky with the new owner (as in i want to see the bare minimum).
I can share the video but there was a rule against pups with closed eyes...i don't want to get banned and this forum has helped me a lot.
Thank you all for your support. I will give updates as the come.
