Re: 2 litters at the same time (help with info pls)
Congratulations! I think you suspected this would happen! The bins will be absolutely fine so stop fretting. These are teeny weeny baby hamsters moving to a new home and they need the security and relative warmth of this amount of space for now. You can leave them as a group till they are 4 weeks then they must be separated in to male and female groups. Give plenty bedding and a good few hidey holes and feeding zones. Be generous with food and extras now and they will do great. Mama won't even notice. She would be starting to push them to independence anyway now and will be busy with the new pups. She will be more comfortable with you around now and less likely to bother about you tending to the needs in the room now she is an experienced mother. Hope all goes well and you can now get on with intense taming of the pups and get them sexed. I personally don't give pups wheels till they are a lot bigger so they can grow rather than spend all their energy wheeling. You may hear them bickering and sqealing a lot as they do tend to tussle at this stage but it's not a worry.

I would take the sticky label off the green hide. Hamsters nibble on anything and the glue on the label may not be good for them.
You have well and truly your own hamster rescue now. How old are the pups of the first litter?

Re: 2 litters at the same time (help with info pls)
Thank you all for being supportive. I removed the wheels and added a sand bath and another hide. The reason why i put the wheels in the first place is because they were very active after i moved the pups and i think they are getting chubby. They are almost 30 grams each.
I remembered my question. If i could hear the new pups on monday, is it possible that she had them days before? The mother was fat for at least 7 days that is why i couldn't tell that she was having the second litter. So you can hear pups immediately after birth or several days later?

Re: 2 litters at the same time (help with info pls)
I usually hear them pretty soon after they are born so I would say you are correct in your assumption they were born Monday. The first litter won't be getting fat just growing well. Hams don't tend to overeat and eat the correct amount. This is the age where they have the fastest growth rate and gain weight rapidly. They will start to slow up about 5 to 6 weeks then grow much more slowly.

Forgive me if I missed this at an earlier stage Ithuviel but are you going to keep them all or re-home them? A baby hamster must be so so cute! I got Baldrick at three weeks old and he was just so precious.

To answer all questions:
the first litter is 26 days old now. \
I will rehome them. There are 4 pups from the first litter + mum. I just don't have the space. Sure they are cute now that they are all living in one bin, but they will each need their own bin soon. + there is the second litter to consider. I don't know how many are there. Mum just moved them into another hide last night. i could hear squeaks from another side of the cage this morning.

Great video! That is so cute (and lazy ha ha). When our first syrian was a baby he used to lie in bed and drink -built his nest next to the water bottle
You could maybe start advertising now if they're almost four weeks and ready to be sexed and separated. They could have new homes in a couple of weeks!
