No, I do not have a plan yet for where the babies will go, so I am happy they did not breed up until now.

The male hamster is more than 6 months old, and the female is about 2-2.5 months old (not sure).

The girl is indeed from a petshop (the one in the pictures), and they said it was about 5 weeks when I bought her. I got the male from someone who had him for 3 months, and now that he had succesfully breed the babies, he decided to sell him.

I am pretty sure they are not siblings, since they are from different places and different ages.

Yes, they have a DIY cage and it is pretty big, more than 450 square inches of floor space, and I need some more toys for them.
It also has a second floor of around 250 square inches, which is for food, wheel, water and there they come to pick them up (a total of 700+ square inches of floor space, if you add them up - I did not count the floorspace of the stairs which is around 100-120 square inches)
I took 2 (for me and my brother), a boy and a girl so they don't fight. I have seen them playing, but not fighting.

I am glad they did not breed, now that I think. Maybe they will breed when I will be prepared
Thank you for the answer.
I hope someone will confirm if it a girl (or tell me if it is a boy).
