Default Pregnant hamster

My Campbell dwarf hamster is kinda pregnant.i can see her belly grow and develop nipples. Can anyone tell me when will be the time when she'll give birth as I don't know when she had conceived and I know shell be at a risk of dying. How do I take preventive actions? ( What to do during pregnancy)

Their pregnancies last 21 days give or take a few. You’ll want to make sure her cage is in a quiet area with no loud noises, strong smells, etc. Once she’s given birth don’t disturb her or the pups. Just quietly place food in the cage as needed. Since its her first litter theres an increased possibility she’ll cull the litter though.

I would clean the cage 2-3 days before she is due to give birth as you won't be able to clean it again until the pups have opened their eyes and the smell builds up pretty quickly when there's a growing family in the cage!
