Mum can have hers back when the pups have been split into single sex cages (i.e. 4 weeks) at the earliest. If mum needs to regain condition then I only allow wheels in the playbox until she has regained the condition. I don't give wheels to my pups until they are 16 weeks old - I've had young hamsters over-run on the wheels, and lost a robo who had run herself to death You will need more than one wheel per cage if you are keeping them in pairs/groups to minimise the risk of fighting.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean by 1 month or 6 weeks being good.

The pups should stay with mum until they are 4 weeks old.

At 4 weeks old, the pups should be split into male and female groups. With dwarf hamsters, the female pups could stay with mum. There is a risk of them fighting. The male pups must be removed into a different cage at 4 weeks old.

If you take the female pups out into their own cage at 4 weeks old then mum could have her wheel back.

I would not give a wheel full time to pups until they are 16 weeks (i.e. 4 months) old. Therefore if the female pups stay with mum, I do not put a wheel in at 4 weeks old.

5 weeks old is the youngest a baby hamster should be rehomed to a new home.

I hope this is more clear.

If by shouting & making noises you mean they're screeching at you it's a sign of fear, some young hams will do that but with patient interaction (when old enough) they get over it.

Souffle already said to sex them at three & a half to 4 weeks old, maybe have another read of the whole thread for the advice you need.

When it comes to knowledge, Vectis and Souffle are in the know, being breeders themselves.
