take the wheels out and scatter feed the food all over the cage so everyone gets a chance to get some. You could take them in the bedroom so you hear any real noises when they happen. There is no mistaking a real fight as they scream. If anyone gets nipped or blood is drawn then you can split them up. Give loads of bedding so they can dig in and hide.

OMG I wouldn't want to be on your shoes! I'm glad souffle gave you such great advice and I hope you can deal with this mess. At least you could enjoy an invasion of cutie furrys. I wish you can find a good home for them and welcome to HC!

Thanks all again for all the support everyone! Aw Souffle I didn't see your reply until this morning. I had scatter fed them all but I did leave in the wheels overnight.

This morning the boys and their dad were all asleep when I came in. 2 of the boys were sleeping right next to their dad so I'm hoping that's a good sign! Not cuddled right into him but their backs were touching. The other 2 were sleeping about 6 inches away. The boys woke up and came out when I scattered more food in but dad just made himself more comfortable in bed. I tried to take the wheels out this morning but the one that came with the cage seems to be stuck to it and I couldn't figure out how to take it off (or if it comes off at all). I left the second wheel in as I figured it was better for them to have 2 rather than one in case they fought over the one.

Hopefully dad will bond with at least one of the boys in the next week.
