Dwarf Hamster breeders in kent
I'm looking for breeders in the Kent and more specifically Bromley/Chislehurst area. I found one named Campbells Hamstery who same legit but call themselves a hobby breeder with no licenses so I'm a tad cautious. I'm looking for dwarf hamsters in particular, russians or winter whites preferably. Ideally the breeder would be fairly close, I won't set a particular distance as I'd much rather get the right hamster and drive a little extra.

Re: Dwarf Hamster breeders in kent
Hi there
You would be best to message the secretaries of the Southern and the Midland Hamster Clubs to ask about breeders in your area. You may well need to consider travelling a bit either to a show where there may be hamsters for sale or to the hobby breeder to purchase a hamster.
The National Hamster council site has a list of hobby breeders with registered names who subscribe to their code of practice on breeding and hamster care. With dwarf hamsters you need to take care where you buy them from due to the risks of getting hybrids which have increased health risks in various areas. The National site list is here https://hamsters-uk.org/content/view/69/63/
Details of the club secretaries can also be found there as well as each site having possible their own regional lists. Hamsteries often have either their own site or a Facebook page thatyou can contact them through

You may find this page useful on the NHC page - it has links to all of the regional clubs' lists of exhibitor/breeders
