Default eyes open

as all eyes were open and the cage stank it was cleaning day here for the babies. I managed to get a few shots of each one while moving them about so here we go, there are tons in the gallery. I will try to only put up one of each here, or else there will be a photograph overload!!

this is the darkest of the red eyed three, and very cute. Reminds me of her mum's colour when she was younger

This one seems a dark colour but has some lighter orangy patches here and there (getting hopful for a tort but I doubt it)

this one reminds me of Hex as a baby, so I guess an Umbrous Golden?

this is the first of the ones I think are greys - so very cute. Both of them were the easiest to handle

this is the second grey - soo cute

this is the first of the pale red eyed ones, not sure what colour but the are also rather nervy

second of the pale red eyed ones, and the smallest of the lot, poor thing

well thats all seven at this rate I wont want to part from them

They are coming on so well now. The closest colour I can come up with for the red eyed babes is Mink. The dark ones probably are Umbrous Goldens. I don't think they will be torts. One seems to take after dad and is a Silver Grey I think. Any homes lined up yet? They will make great pets as you are handling them young and they will be nice and tame. Advertise this fact when looking for homes.

the advertising campaign has increased - a local hairdresser may want one, and said if we did up a booklet of photographs he would get his customers to look through to see if I could get some interest that way

only one maybe so far, trying to get some more posters etc. done, might put up notices in every supermarket

I don't know - I know I need to sell them and I also want to try and find Stibbons a home before Dave gets grumpy again and declares that Stibbons has to go

Oh Anita I am so sorry. Dave created Stibbons so remind him of that next time he says he has to go. He/she is his responsibility too. Don't be bullied into doing something you don't want to do. Hugs to you :P

Posters are good and asking friends and family to spread the word. Notice boards at work and local shops and adverts in local classified papers also often produce results. Be careful of wierdos and vet all prospective owners well. Get them to sign an adoption agreement too.
