Re: The Halluperts
Congratulations Serendipity. With all your cages I did wonder if you may be having more than one of the litter.

Re: The Halluperts
I only have two cages really The Mickey 2XL base was beyond repair. So I have the Barney and the small cage I used as a holiday cage Skyline Ted). It's not that small - duna multy sized, but new hammy will be having the Barney cage.
It sounds like the brothers (Scooter and Victor) will have the same wheel too - I seem to remember Jopop was getting a Silent Runner. I'm following Souffle's advice to just give the wheel in playpen at first.
Now we just need to wait for pick up time in a couple of weeks I did have an urge for a couple of robos as well but I think the one new Syrian will be fine for us right now.

I am just enjoying this thread so much - seeing the whole hamily and watching them all grow up on here.

Me too! I'm just amazed how fast they grow and how well they all look - particularly how well Halloumi has looked. She's clearly had a great deal of care taken over her throughout.
Yes I've ordered the Silent Runner and will be doing the same re limiting it at first.
All I've got to get is a dish for the sand and some kind of Velcro or something to find a way to stick the blooming water bottle on with as the little holes on my cage which I assume are for the wires to go in are at the opposite side to where I want the bottle to be.

Re: The Halluperts
I received the same advice about the wheel when I collected Mocho from Tuftyfluffs. It will stop a baby over using a wheel to begin with.

Re: The Halluperts
They are all growing up so quickly. Love all the pictures of each of them from their photoshoot. They all look very sweet - I really like the photos of Walnut, Scooter, Victor, Blossom, Fergus and Romeo!
Congrats jopop! Scooter is very lucky he will be getting a wonderful home with you and your children looking forward to continuing to watch him grow up in his loving home.
And also Congrats Serendipity7000, I'm so looking forward to watching Victor grow up and he is going to a great home - he is going to have a wonderful life with you he is a very lucky hammy!
You both must be very excited in welcoming home your new arrivals.

Congrats Jopop! Exciting to see that we'll be getting to follow two of the Halluperts throughout their lives

Re: The Halluperts
We're both super excited aren't we Serendipity7000?
My Silent Runner arrived today - I'm just about to assemble it. All very exciting.
Looking forward to doing him a thread of his own once he's here.
