Hey everyone! It's been a while since I have posted but I have some great news to share not just for NI people but for everyone in our hamster community Quite a while ago I had got in touch with a fellow NI person on here called fatpat though a link to a thread I had found that they had posted quite a while ago called "showing in NI". I noticed they also used to be a breeder. This person was responsible for starting up the Kilkeel hamster club. Anyway fatpat has just got back to me saying that they are in touch with Bourne valley Hamstery arm and plan to get some stock from them to restart breeding here also that in the future they plan to restart showing! I was asked to put the word out to fellow NI people as fatpat wants to know who would be interested in showing etc and also for support It's brilliant that we are on the cusp of having our first proper hamster breeder in years. Heres hoping this will get the ball rolling for hamster breeding and showing to be popular again and for other breeders to reconsider breeding again.
