Looking for breeder in Hertfordshire, UK

Hi there, I am new to this site and looking to get a Syrian hamster for my daughter for her birthday. I would prefer to go to a breeder rather than our local Pets at Home shop. Please can anyone advise of any reputable Syrian breeders in the Hertfordshire area? I have heard of Tufty Fluff hamsters but have had no luck as of yet reaching them through their website and not sure if they are still breeding for adoption. Anyone you can point me to will be of great help. Many thanks!

Tuftyfluff can take a while to reply but I got my boy from her in January so worth the message. I believe they have a facebook group so you could try contacting them from that?

Try the Facebook group with Tufty Fluff. I am currently on the waiting list for a Winter White from Sue. She can be slow to reply with emails but be patient. She is definitely still breeding for adoption. Also, hamster breeding season hasn't started yet (as far as I am aware) so you might have to wait a couple months. I have been on the waiting list since December (I don't really mind) so bear that in mind. If you don't want to wait though, try an RSPCA rescue centre. The website is full of local hamsters waiting to be adopted. Tufty Fluff lives in Borehamwood btw.
