Her water bottle got stuck when I was trying to take it off to freshen the water so I had to move the cage slightly. I was super careful and only did it because it was a choice between that or her not having water. However I did see some little wriggly babies in the nest and Acacia was happily snacking after the cage was put back.
She's such a good mummy and it's not ideal but it means I definitely know there are pups in the nest

They started making a break for freedom on Tuesday morning...well a couple of them anyway. So adorable watching them wobble around the cage feeling their way around although Acacia isn't impressed at having to drag them back to the nest xD
I can't wait until Sunday as they'll be 14 days old and hopefully have their eyes open and if they have then I can cuddle them!!! Been dying for smooshes since they were born lol

I can't get over how adorable they are. I was away last night and my sister was in charge of checking food and water (She knew not to touch them under any circumstances) and she text me last night to say they'd started to open their eyes. I got back at lunchtime today and they all have their eyes open plus they turned 14 days old today so it was the perfect opportunity for cuddles.
They're a lot faster than I thought they would be but I totally melted when they all went to sleep in my hand.
