Sadly you'll have to be happy with Nancy's grand pup pics as My 1st litter Mom culled the litter and my 2nd litter Mom is being secretive at what color the three hamskateers are but at this point it is looking rather creamy sad to say.

There are still 11 babies. I can't wait to get acquainted with them!

Well that is not hard to imagine that all pups are Black. You stated Blackout was EE so no gene match even if Cherie is Ee, and no match up for Rust as Blackout is BB, so all you have to match up gene wise is Black . Glad she is being a super Mom as most of the Chocolates were in this line.

I'm not surprised, because I knew it was the most likely outcome, unless Cherie happened to carry cinnamon. (Which she apparently does not.) There will be no way to tell each one apart this time though!
Cherie has now covered her nest, so I can no longer see them. She built a big pile of bedding and made an igloo. Last night I caught a glimpse through the side of her plastic bin. It won't be long before they come out to wander, so I'm waiting patiently. They're 11 days old now!

Re: ST's Cherie x Blackout (Chocolate Carriers!)
Actually you'll have to do Tummy pics to ID the litter Since Cherie is Het Polywhite the amount or lack of it will make a great source of Identification of the pups. I've done this with all chocolate litters very successfully as the belly white is almost as good as fingerprints and doesn't change their whole life.

Re: ST's Cherie x Blackout (Chocolate Carriers!)
Wait, sorry I'm confused now ... Are there no longer 11? Or was that a previous litter?
(I really must read threads through before I post!!)
