Default Unexpected Pregnancy. Tips?

So this is unfortunately the second time this has happened to me. However both times I knew it was a possibility but the first time was when I got my Syrian, Sauren from a store and she must've just gotten pregnant before I bought her because she only really starte started showing about a week or so after so I didn't really give her the proper extra nutrients she needed and her milk wasn't "good" enough so the babies all got sick and unfortunately bloated and died...

Some of you might know that I just got a pair of Russians (I think they are hybrids almost for sure on the one I'll be talking about) and I wasn't sure of their genders but I kept them together at first so if they were the same I wouldn't have to reintroduce them and lower their chances of getting along as they were both nice to each other and I watched closely whenever I could to make sure of no fighting... I do know that the blue one is a male for sure as he stood up for me and I could very clearly see his genital area and the spacing as well as his belly so I know he's a male. I didn't know for the other one although I thought maybe female so I have separated them and a few days ago she started looking chubbier (I have checked cheeks just in case as well and it's definitely her belly not just stuffed pouches).. I have been giving them/her added vitamins in the water just in case and lots of fresh fruits and veggies (so far lettuce carrots tomatoes-not too many cucumbers-again not TOO many and now some strawberries.. I'm a bit worried though because I know it's not good to introduce new foods so quickly but I feel it's important for their health although she seems to be doing well.. she's so sweet too she has always let me per her and she recently went on my hand while I was putting in her veggie bowl.. I have also made some scrambled eggs for her and she was very happy with that haha..

She doesn't seem to be a big hoarder and I'm a bit worried that when it comes time she won't have food in the nest..

When should I stop petting her and interacting with her? She would be most likely due on the 6-10th of March so this month in about a week and I plan on watching as close as possible but she also likes to be under a cotton shirt I have in there for her so I may not know when. Should I take that out or just leave her until they start to venture from the nest or she lets me touch her about a month after her due dates? I reallywant to give her and her litter the best chance they can get. Is there ANYTHING else I might be able to do to help her prepare or anything. I want to make sure she's healthy enough too and I'm also afraid I might give her too many nutrients but am I doing good or what? I don't know. Any help or advice would be appreciated!

Give her some high-protein foods like plain scrambled egg or plain chickens. (Not enough to "hoard", just enough to eat in a sitting.)

That is more important than the fresh foods, if she is pregnant. (Hopefully she isn't!)

I'm pretty sure she is pregnant and if not then something is very wrong with her.. when I have her the eggs and fresh fruits/veggies I did/do only give enough for a sitting but I meant her own hamster food when I said she doesn't seem to board so when she's weaning if she successfully had her babies and everything goes well (hopefully it will) all they still get the good and everything she as well as they need. I know when my other hamster had her babies she rarely left her nest for the first few days except occasionally to come see me when I was "restocking" her food and water. Other than well cooked chicken and eggs (and would boiled eg vs be good too?) What else could I give her

Nuts are also good... I breed Syrians, so we need others to weigh in here.
