Re: Hamster breeders in England
I've literally just started as a hobbyist breeder There's quite a lot in England
The Northern, Midland and southern hamster clubs usually have a list. I know the National hamster council has a list of all the prefix's here

Re: Hamster breeders in England
Yeah it's not that far, I'll create a list of all the northern Hamstery breeders if that helps?
Leeds:
Holly Hamstery
Leeds Hams
Autumn Hamstery
Holmfirth:
Custard Hamstery
Manchester:
Nooboo Hamstery
Scorpio Syrians
They're the most northern Hamsterys I know

Re: Hamster breeders in England
There is a huge difference between hobby breeders who know what they are doing and who abide by the code of practice of the National Hamster Council.
Lots of people advertise themselves as breeders but they are just putting hamsters together with no thought for the genetics, health and temperament of the animals. I would never recommend buying from this type of source myself.

Re: Hamster breeders in England
All of those I listed are members of NHC and most likely abide by the national hamster council rules.

Re: Hamster breeders in England
I would not suggest anyone as you need to judge for yourself by maybe researching their websites, speaking to people who have had pups from them and visiting shows.

Re: Hamster breeders in England
I am a new breeder and will be getting my prefix this year.
I have rehomed my first litter of Winter whites and have references from some of the owners if needed.
I am also breeding Robos and hope for them to be of a nature able to be handled well and make good pets as well as for showing.
