Dad looks like a normal platinum to me
Love mums colour, my black mottleds never look like that more black with a patch of white lol

You may even get some mottled platinums in the litter very pretty mix.

Good luck with the babys, I shall look forward to seeing photos.

From what you have been saying it is likely that the next litter will have been born before then and from what I have learned the next pregnancy can be started immediately after the birth of a litter so he should be removed before the next litter arrive to be sure.

I will take the dad out sooner then.

Oh, how I wish I could post pictures of the babies!!! They are 10 days old now and just adorable. They are running all over the place and eating bits of apples. Their coloring is really unique. I will definitely need help figuring out the exact colors they are!

I should be posting pictures of them Saturday. Their eyes should be open by then. It is also the day we finally get to clean the cage and start handling the little darlings.

I shall look forward to seeing the photos and having a look at what colours they are. I love baby campbells they are so cute to watch.

Keep an eye for mum getting a big belly. thats how I know to remove the male to prevent a 3rd litter. that will also give the first litter a little bit longer with mum. the girls will be able to stay with mum and will help her with the next litter. Dad will be ok with his sons.
Its not that difficult to sex them. when I was first learning I used to pick up two at the same time and compare them, its easyer to see a difference then

Finally- here are pictures of the babies!!! They are 15 1/2 days old today. (Sorry that some of the pictures are blurry... The babies don't stop moving! )

Baby #1:

Baby #2:

Baby #3:

Baby #4:

Baby #5:

Baby #6:

Baby #7:

All 7 babies hanging out while their tank was being cleaned:

Basically the first 3 babies look very similar (white with a little grey-ish on their forehead), one is black with a white belly, one is brown, and 2 are mottled. Do you guys have any idea what colors they actually are?

Tonight we are going to separate the dad from the rest of the gang. When will we be able to sex the babies and move the boys in with the dad?

Thank you guys for all your feedback!

It looks like the brown one, one of the mottled ones, and two of the white ones with grey spots on their foreheads are boys. The black one, one white, and the other mottled seem to be girls.

I will keep checking over the next week!

The white and brown ones are mottled Agouti (dominant spot)

The black one is black (also known as tuxedo)

The brown one looks like a normal Agouti

The white with spots on the head I presume is just another version of mottled/dominant spot but not 100% sure
