Default Honey,s babies week 3

there starting to resemble little hamsters now
3 girls and 2 boys, the banded is a boy

mum and baby











mum trying to escape


any idea on there colours,
there not as dark mum, but some have the grey undercoat, not as light as dad (pec banded) they all have pink eyes?

Indeed they are. I love the way baby cinnies have have almost a greyish bloom to them before the full orangy cinnamon comes through.

Oh my word - what lovely cinnies - and I think their colour is nice for young ones!

Oh I am so jealous ILMH - I love the one on the wooden house!

They generally start to lose the baby coat at about 10-12 weeks and for a month or so will look rather odd as the new colour gradually grows through. By 4-5 months they should be more the proper cinnamon colour.

They are lovely ILMH. Cinnies always have the red eyes. They tend to darken with age and can look dark brown as they get older. They look very inquizative and lively now
