Hiya
Last October i introduced one or my White males to a pair of pure Agouti sisters who had always lived together. They initially got on well and everything was fine with no problems. This went on for about 6 months but as no babies had been born in this time i wasnt expecting any babies, but was pleasantly surprised in April when i heard the lovely sound of baby chirps coming from their cage.
I found out that one of the females, May, had a litter of three babies, but unfortunately one of the babies and the other female had been injured by fighting, so i immediately removed the female and hoped the babies would be ok.
Fortunately the female recovered well, although she is now slightly disabled and the pups developed well too, but one of the babies is disabled too and will be staying here for the rest of her life.
This first litter was two agouti females which will both be carrying husky, and one Dominant Husky who will also be carrying recessive husky. May also had a second litter of five babies, one agouti, again carrying husky, and four dominant Huskys who will again be carrying recessive husky.
This is again part of my plans to get a Dominant Husky robos who doesnt carry Recessive Husky, but unfortunately i havent yet been able to get passed this stage as i havent been able to get any of my Dominant Huskys (all of which carry recessive Husky) to have any babies yet, so fingers crossed i will have more luck with these!
Here are some pics of both litters:
