I really hope all goes well, and that HoneyDew delivers a healthy litter and is healthy and happy. I agree with Souffle, this could have had disastrous consequences for both mum and dad, as well as the babies, and you can only hope that mum and babies are ok.
It would be good for your hams and your sister for you to have a serious discussion about the very real consequences of unplanned random breeding, preferably backed up with both text and video from reliable online sources.

How long are hamsters Pregnant for???

I hope everything goes well i know guinea pigs are different but i got my two girls cherry and truffles from a pet store when i got them they were pregnant with their brothers babies and all of them were fine and healthy and still marching on with no troubles

Syrian hamsters are pregnant for 16 days Vicki. Once she has passed 18 days maximum then she won'y be pregnant.

Thank you i thought they would be pregnant longer as guineas are pregnant for 2 months

Update #2: She had her babies! I don't know how many, because I don't want to disturb her, but she definitely did have them! The little squeaks you can hear from the cage are priceless.
