Honey's Babies!

Here is a photo I just took tonight of Honey's precious little babies. They are 11 days old. Just starting to walk around. Eyes still closed. They seem like they will be all like their mom but with pink ears?

They are looking nice and healthy - are you feeding them anything special? Some wheatgerm sprinkled on the nest or grated vegetables such as carrot and/or cucumber would be gobbled up I am sure.



I had hoped to have a litter around now but the mother has reabsorbed the entire litter for a second time so early retirement for her. On a happier note though I found three baby Roborovski Dwarves tonight when cleaning out Pippin and Merry's tank - I had hoped to have this done before they were born but mum must have been further advanced in pregnancy than she looked. Dad was trying to get frisky already

OMG ha ha........ aww they are all so adorable! I cant wait for my gerbil to give birth to her first litter of pups. I keep checking her bin for little pinkies lol. They do look like they are good health, and you got all the same color too!!



It wont be long untill their eyes open now! hehe =D>

I *think* there are 6 girls and 2 boys.
