Default Temperment Test

I was reading about an experiment done is Russia where they selectively bred foxes but only based on temperment. They would test the animals and only breed the individuals who scored well. The idea is that your selectively breeding for unseen chemical and hormonal changes that affect the temperment.

I'd like to do something similar with my robos. but I cant quite figure out how to make a diffinitive test for temperment. I have a litter of three right now. At first it seemed that one beat the others has he didn't squeek when held nor did he jump from my hands. But now two days later the others don't either :-S

Any thoughts? Breeders do you have somesort of temperment test?
