Grumpy or just lazy?
Well Treos normally always awake and looking for attention when I get them out for playtime! But tonight the first time I woke him up he came out then went straight back to bed, the second time he came out but he wouldn't come on my hand like he usually does?
He then went back to bed a few minutes later so I haven't given him floortime as he's obviously not bother.
Do you think he's just having one of those grumpy days or his character is started to develop and he's showing he's a lazy boy really he's never been the most active of the 3 and he's not overly fussed about run around time he just likes a cuddle so maybe now he's settled in and he's growing up he's become lazy LOL

Re: Grumpy or just lazy?
Mo sometimes has days like this - she normally loves coming out, but on the odd occasional day she'll be quite happy just rummaging about in her bed. If I make her come out, she just sits and washes for like 45 mins so she's obv just having a quite day.
Maybe it's the same for Treo?

Re: Grumpy or just lazy?
Sounds like he was just having an off day, bless him. Boris is such a lazy bum,he needs lots of persuasion in order to come out, he will just sit and wash sometimes too, and not be fussed about running around. He does love his ball though, as soon as he sees it he gets all excited
Loving the 'hamsters arn't my whole life, they make my life whole' quote btw! Its so true!

Re: Grumpy or just lazy?
Spud quite often wants out although Darwin sometimes does, sometimes not. Some nights he likes to stay and play with his flying saucer as opposed to coming out in his ball.

Re: Grumpy or just lazy?
hehe! Only joking with you Mel x x
One thing am I noticing thoug now that I have Phoebe is that she is A LOT more active than Boris, so maybe its a general thing that dwarfs are a bit lazier?
But each hammy to their own I suppose!

Re: Grumpy or just lazy?
Probably he was just overly active last night or the other day that he needs much more sleep than usual.
I notice that when Kiwi stays up even it's already 8 am (time to sleep), she still stays in her little house on her second floor for up to 10:30 pm, when normally, at 9:30-10pm she's already playing in her wheel
