Hamster suddenly shy
Hi, so recently my hamster has been acting as if she does not know who I am. I left to go on a trip for two and a half days, and when I came back she was scared of me. I left her with a clean cage, new toys, and lots of food and water, so she's not underfed or anything. Anyway, when I tried to hold her this morning she jumped out of my hands (she wasn't hurt, it was still inside her cage) and she hides in her burrow whenever I enter the room that she's in. Nothing has changed about the way I act around her, and I genuinely have no idea why she is acting like this. She's not even old or anything. Does anyone know why she could be acting like this? Or any ideas for ways to re-bond? Any advice will help.
